A Strategy For Equality

Women’s Health East has launched the  A Strategy for Equality: Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health in Melbourne’s East 2020 – 2025  which is now available to download online for your perusal.

The Strategy is intended to drive coordinated action in the region on these three key priorities, in order to address women’s sexual and reproductive health issues. These range from reproductive coercion and sexual violence to women’s reproductive health issues such as menopause, endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

As part of the launch, Women’s Health East will be running an online forum featuring two esteemed guest speakers, Dr. Ruth McNair, co-founder of the Northside Clinic, GP and expert in LGBTI women’s sexual health; and Claire Vissenga, CEO of Family Planning Victoria.

Registration for the forum is currently open and we invite all members of the Strategic Reference Group to circulate an invitation to their managers, colleagues and professional networks.
