Partnering to create a resilient, healthy and equitable community
Our Partnership consists of service providers and local councils located in area on Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges. We come together with the local community to plan, collaborate and advocate to improve the health and wellbeing of local people and to reduce inequities.
Our work together is directed by the following shared values:

These values are the foundation of our strategic plan the OEPCP Strategy 2020. This Strategy will guide our collective efforts over the next two years and provide us with a framework for measuring our shared successes.
By enhancing our capacity to work together, the staff assist the Partnership improve the quality and efficiency of its efforts. They are constantly looking for ways to strengthen the Partnership, to assist partners align their activities and effort, to encourage the sharing of resources and expertise and to facilitate more meaningful engagement with the community.
Improving the health and well being of the Outer East community is the primary focus of the Partnerships efforts. A brief snapshot of the local community can be found here.
Central to our focus on the community is the support and guidance we receive from the OEPCP Consumer Reference Group. They ensure the work of the Partnership retains a primary emphasis on engaging and co-designing with the community.
Over the next two years we will monitor our progress using the Collective Impact backbone indicators. These indicators create the stepping stones that will guide us towards the outcomes we aspire to for the Outer East community. To see how we are going click here
